Camp Sunrise is a Christian camping experience for individuals with special needs, ages 18–55. Our mission at Camp Sunrise is to provide a place where everyone feels welcomed and loved. Camp Sunrise provides a place where campers can experience new challenges and opportunities for growth in a safe and caring environment.
A week at camp includes recreational games, swimming, arts and crafts, Christian Ed, canoeing, talent show, dance, tie dye, screen printing, and more! Each themed week is packed full of fun, friendship, and growing in God’s love together. Other activities include bowling, campfires, a trip to the Warwick Drive-In, and a picnic at nearby Wawayanda State Park, and hiking.
Located in the East House, campers are assigned 1-2 roommates in our dorm-style lodging with a shared bathroom. Registration cost includes all meals, lodging, bowling, Wawayanda trip, and snacks.
